How We Collect Consent

RLS Logistics only sends text messages to business contacts who have given consent directly to their RLS Logistics representative. During a business call or meeting, our representative asks:
“May I send you text messages about your business with RLS Logistics — things like freight quotes and meeting confirmations? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
We only text contacts who say yes. Each consent is recorded in our customer relationship system with the date and the representative who obtained it, and any opt-out — whether by replying STOP or by telling a representative — is recorded the same way and stops all messages to that contact.
